A Bilingual Social Educator fosters the professional and personal development of youth using LIBRAS and Portuguese to promote competency development in inclusive environments.

The Bilingual Social Educator, holding a degree in Letters – LIBRAS or related pedagogical fields, supports the professional and personal development of youth, whether or not they are enrolled in deaf student classes within bilingual settings. They employ Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) and Portuguese as pedagogical tools. Their responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating educational activities that foster the development of social, emotional, and technical competencies, ensuring access to knowledge and participant agency. They work in face-to-face, hybrid, or remote contexts, integrating inclusive pedagogical practices while respecting the cultural and linguistic identity of the Deaf community.
* Completed undergraduate degree with LIBRAS specialization.
* Preferred experience: working as an educator for Deaf individuals or in bilingual education contexts.
* Digital Fluency: Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs); TOVS RM; videoconferencing tools; creation of accessible digital materials: PowerPoint, Canva, Word, captioned videos, and LIBRAS interpretation windows; assistive and educational technologies supporting communicative accessibility;
* Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan regions;
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per month
