Here, the focus is not on coding itself, but rather on how software is developed efficiently, with quality and robustness. **Key Responsibilities:** Structure, implement, and standardize software development life cycle (SDLC) processes according to organizational standards and quality models; Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation; Ensure compliance with frameworks and standards such as CMMI, ASPICE, and ISO; Lead continuous improvement initiatives, risk analyses, and process gap assessments; Define and monitor quality and performance indicators and metrics (KPIs, First Pass Yield, among others); Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of excellence and organizational evolution; Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching for technical teams and stakeholders; Support engineering teams in applying processes, methodologies, and best practices; Perform process and product audits to ensure compliance and propose corrective actions; Lead improvement projects and implementation/optimization of tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and engineering support solutions; Interface with global teams, quality, engineering, and corporate departments to align processes with business strategies. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience with software development processes and quality systems; Experience in process governance, audits, and continuous improvement; Experience in global and matrix environments will be considered a plus. Technical Knowledge SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), CMMI, ASPICE, ISO, and software quality systems Agile, Waterfall, V\-Model, and development methodologies KPI and process/quality metric management Risk analysis and gap analysis Power BI and PowerApps Python is considered a plus Fluent English Stakeholder communication and influence Consulting and mentoring profile Analytical and structured thinking Strategic and systemic vision Proactivity and ownership mindset Organization and management of multiple priorities Strong orientation toward quality and continuous improvement
