Administrative and financial support, with organization and proactivity **For this position, knowledge of employee integration / mobilization / release on corporate portals is MANDATORY, such as Banco Doc / portals used by major mining companies and enterprises like Samarco/Vale/Acument/AngloGold and others.** **KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO PERFORM DOCUMENT INTEGRATION ON PORTALS \- SAP / ATLAS / BANCO DOC AND ELECTRONIC MARKETPLACE.** Verify documents (invoices, contracts, measurements) Ensure data accuracy (CNPJ, amounts, dates) Name files correctly Follow portal-required standards Upload documents Fill in fields correctly Monitor status (approved, pending, rejected) Correct errors when the system flags failures Support the company in daily tasks, including document and file organization \- customer and supplier communication. Financial assistance, travel arrangements, cost tracking, spreadsheet and form completion, and internal communication, acting as support for various departments such as HR and Procurement. Computer literacy.
