To strengthen our team and continuously improve our customers’ experience, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant for Documentation. **Job Description:** We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to work in the documentation department. The professional will be responsible for supporting administrative processes related to vehicle regularization, ensuring all required documentation is processed accurately and within established deadlines. We seek an organized individual with strong communication skills who can handle administrative tasks and interact directly with customers and regulatory agencies. **Responsibilities:** * Control and organize vehicle documents (CRVs, CRLVs, invoices, etc.); * Process transfer registrations, license plate issuance, and document regularization; * Verify and archive documents related to vehicle purchase and sale; * Maintain contact with traffic authorities (Detran, agents, etc.) for document issuance; * Update internal systems and maintain organized reports; * Provide general administrative support to the documentation department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in administrative fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative roles (experience in dealerships or documentation departments preferred); * Basic computer knowledge (Office Suite, management systems); * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge of vehicle documentation processes.
