Description: Mandatory: * Completed higher education in nursing. * Active COREN registration. * Postgraduate degree in: Obstetrics, Pediatric/Neonatal ICU, or related fields. Desirable: * Prior experience in leading nursing teams. * Experience in managing clinical and operational performance indicators. * Experience in managing clinical protocols. * Management of the nursing team (staffing, development and monitoring of work schedules, performance monitoring, feedback, and team development and training). * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of nursing clinical activities. * Ensuring compliance with institutional protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety. * Monitoring and analysis of clinical, operational, and quality indicators, with proposal of action plans. * Management and control of material resources. * Interaction with the clinical staff, multidisciplinary teams, and Technical Managers (TMs), promoting integration and alignment of practices. * Conducting periodic team meetings, dissemination of institutional information, and alignment of goals/results. * Supporting the implementation of patient safety programs and best clinical practices. * Conflict management and support to the team in critical or emergency situations. * Preparation and monitoring of managerial and clinical reports, supporting decision-making. * Encouraging continuous education, promoting team training and refresher courses. * Supporting institutional leadership and management in strategic demands of the Regional Nursing Management. * Performing other related activities at the supervisor’s discretion; 2512200202551821805
