




Main Responsibilities \- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring cash organization and predictability. \- Plan and monitor Cash Flow (short and medium term). \- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of financial performance. \- Prepare the monthly Management Income Statement (DRE), analyzing variances and proposing adjustments. \- Analyze and monitor indicators such as: Fixed and variable costs, contribution margin, operating profit, and net profit. \- Analyze taxes on services under different tax regimes (Simples, Presumido, Real). \- Manage and negotiate loans and fundraising, according to business needs. \- Maintain active relationships with banks, accountants, legal advisors, and other strategic partners. \- Lead and develop the finance team. \- Support branches with operational questions, especially regarding billing and accounts receivable. \- Structure and update financial processes and routines, seeking efficiency and transparency. ✅ Requirements and Qualifications \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related areas is a plus. \- Solid experience in financial management, especially in environments with multiple units (retail experience is a plus). \- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. \- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision. \- Leadership, results orientation, and ability to engage effectively with external partners.
