Assist in scheduling and monitoring technical visits and maintenance activities. Handle telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers. Support the preparation of administrative reports and control spreadsheets. Assist in procuring materials and parts for the technical team. Manage office supplies and administrative inventory. Organize the technical team’s and managers’ schedules. Perform typing and archiving of physical and digital documents. Assist with billing routines and issuance of service invoices.
