Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of People Management; * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation; * Experience in Job and Salary Management. * Experience with payroll will be a differentiating factor. * Perform analysis of personnel movements and creation of new positions, reviewing salary table data, job scoring, internal and external equity, collective agreements, deadlines, among others, carrying out necessary actions according to company internal procedures and the Job and Salary Plan; * Register new positions and input personnel movements into the specific integrated system when necessary, entering information such as new salary, position, department, cost centers, among others, enabling regularization and formalization of movements; * Open User Support System (SAU) tickets and submit requests via Fluig to the IT department when necessary, following internal company procedures, aiming at improving internal processes; * Assist employees and managers by providing information and clarifying doubts regarding matters related to the Compensation area whenever necessary; * Prepare reports, studies, and analyses related to organizational structure, workforce planning, salaries, positions, and others as needed, supporting decision-making and improvements in departmental policies and procedures; * Conduct training sessions, preparing content and presentations as needed to disseminate information related to the area; * Participate in the EN+Valorizado program and others, suggesting and leading actions and projects aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; * Develop and keep job descriptions updated by collecting information through questionnaires, interviews, and observation of tasks performed by incumbents, using a specific document model to identify duties and responsibilities, nomenclature, Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), and other job criteria, observing applicable legislation and market practices, aiming to provide inputs for the company's job and salary management and other Human Resources processes; * Conduct and respond to salary surveys when authorized by immediate management, enabling analysis of the company's external salary equity; * Support internal and external audits by gathering and presenting requested documentation and taking required actions, as well as analyzing and implementing improvements to eliminate non-conformities; * Support the hiring and engagement of consulting firms and other vendors related to the Compensation area, providing all necessary resources to achieve company objectives; * Approve job openings on a specific platform, analyzing salary information and position nomenclature, as well as compliance with internal requirements, ensuring alignment of hires with the job and salary plan; * Apply collective bargaining agreement wage adjustments to employee salaries, reviewing relevant collective agreements, entitled positions, and other information, performing specific procedures within the integrated system; * Participate in internal discussions on union negotiation agendas, contributing to the establishment of collective labor agreements; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advancements related to their field, proposing and suggesting continuous improvements in equipment and processes to maximize results; * Ensure the preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility; * Take responsibility for complying with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure the best service to internal and external customers. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. 251020020252859061
