We are looking for dedicated and talented professionals to join our team and grow with us. **Work Location:** **Decio Rio Verde \-** BR\-365, 764 \- Paranaíba, Ituiutaba \- MG, 38301\-115 \- (On-site). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain server infrastructure, ensuring system security and availability; * Perform network, firewall, and other security device maintenance and monitoring; * Provide technical support for infrastructure-related incidents, ensuring agile and effective resolution; * Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions; * Conduct analysis and implementation of best practices to optimize infrastructure performance; * Participate in infrastructure improvement and expansion projects, including virtualization and migration to cloud environments; * Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement information security policies; * Document processes, procedures, and network topologies for internal reference and training. **Desired Qualifications for the Position:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Introductory knowledge of firewalls; * Basic knowledge of backup solutions; * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; * Understanding of virtualized environments such as VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox; * Familiarity with antivirus tools, preferably BitDefender; * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems is desirable; * Knowledge of networking concepts, VPNs, and Active Directory is desirable; * Fortigate expertise is a plus; * Veeam expertise is a plus; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work night shifts and weekend on-call duties, as required; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
