Preparation of billing reports ### **Job Title** Junior Order Management Analyst ### **Job Description** **Junior Order Management Analyst** **Your Role** * Monitoring and response time management with stakeholders (LATAM Finance Business Partners) * Direct communication with customers, tracking potential cancellations or process reversals * Establish a work methodology that ensures objective and effective communication across teams; * Ensure communication between Commercial information, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency; * Preparation of billing reports, reviewing OIT and Revenue **You will succeed in this position if you:** * Hold a completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Have basic/intermediate Spanish proficiency; English is desirable * Prior experience with import processes is desirable; * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable; advanced Excel skills; advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge; * Ability to create and analyze various performance indicators, such as KPIs; strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities; **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
