Senior Accounting Analyst

Job Summary: An experienced accounting professional to perform financial closings, reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and support audits and process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in general accounting and financial closing 2. Advanced knowledge of CPC/IFRS standards and Sankya ERP systems 3. Experience in accounting variance analysis and process improvement **Responsibilities:** * Execute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts * Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity) * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and internal policies * Support internal and external audits by providing information, analyses, and documentation * Conduct accounting variance analyses and explain significant deviations * Handle accounting for provisions, depreciation, amortization, and impairment * Support the controller, tax, and finance departments with accounting information * Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives * Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Totvs) **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences * Solid experience in general accounting and financial closing * Advanced knowledge of CPC/IFRS standards * Experience with independent audits * Proficiency in accounting reconciliations and balance sheet analyses * Experience with Sankya ERP systems * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analyses) **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies **Benefits** * Unimed health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Commuter bus service or transportation allowance (VT) * On-site meals * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$6.500,00 \- R$7.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
