Support to the areas of Controller, Tax, Finance, and Construction **Description:** We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with experience in the heavy construction sector to play a strategic and operational role in the company's day-to-day accounting activities. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, and guaranteeing that all processes comply with applicable technical standards, current legislation, and the specific accounting requirements of construction and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities and Duties The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing accounting entries, classifications, and reconciliations, ensuring all information aligns with the chart of accounts and accounting standards applicable to the heavy construction sector. They will directly participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, validating construction costs, cost centers, and allocations, as well as analyzing balance sheets, income statements (DRE), and other financial statements—identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements. Additionally, the professional will manage fixed assets—including work-in-progress and depreciation—and prepare and review ancillary obligations such as ECD, ECF, and DCTF. Furthermore, they must ensure process compliance with tax, corporate, and NBC regulations; monitor internal and external audits; provide support to the Controller, Tax, Finance, and Construction departments; and participate in the implementation and review of internal controls, contributing to the automation and efficiency of accounting processes. Requirements and Qualifications Candidates must hold a completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences and possess solid knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/NBC) and corporate legislation. Prior experience in accounting activities within the heavy construction sector—or in construction, engineering, and infrastructure companies—is required, including expertise in reconciliations, accounting closing routines, construction cost control, fixed assets, and work-in-progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential, as is hands-on experience with ERP systems—preferably TOTVS, Protheus, or similar platforms. Desirable differentiators include an active CRC registration, audit experience, knowledge of IFRS, familiarity with BI tools, and participation in projects related to the implementation or review of accounting processes. 2512120202501915477
