**OPERATIONS ANALYST – SCHEDULING**
**Responsibilities:**
\> Request and issue CT-e documents, ensuring accurate billing for all deliveries;
\> Generate transportation documents and verify invoices, receipts, and bills of lading;
\> Validate final billing to ensure correct charging for services rendered;
\> Update drivers and vehicles in the system (e.g., KMM) to ensure accurate trip registration;
\> Manage fleet documentation, scheduling stops for maintenance and timely license regularization;
\> Monitor coupling and uncoupling checklists, directing related requests to the maintenance department;
\> Authorize drivers for trips, informing them of the scheduled itinerary;
\> Submit monitoring requests to the insurance provider;
\> Report estimated arrival status and communicate any unforeseen incidents occurring en route;
\> Analyze customer dispatches and arrivals, resolving identified inconsistencies;
\> Monitor and analyze route breakdowns, missed customers, and incidents to support monthly KPI closure;
\> Track and analyze the number of customers served, planned, canceled, and added ad hoc for accurate performance evaluation;
\> Analyze and upload data from handheld scanners used by drivers on routes;
\> Participate in operational meetings with clients to align cargo requirements and scheduling adjustments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
