Administrative Logistics Assistant

Description

**Responsibilities:** * Support the administrative and operational routine of the logistics department. * Assist in planning and coordinating delivery routes, optimizing the use of refrigerated vehicles and ensuring punctuality. * Issue and manage transportation-related documents, such as invoices, delivery manifests, quality certificates, among others. * Maintain contact with partners, drivers, customers, and other company departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. * Identify and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, route deviations, among others. * Monitor and negotiate transportation costs, seeking to optimize resource utilization and reduce expenses. **Skills:** * Knowledge of logistics and refrigerated transportation. * Organizational and planning skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Proficiency in computer applications and logistics management systems. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Flexibility in working hours, including weekend shifts. **Education:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or higher education in logistics is a plus. * Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the transportation of perishable goods.
