We are seeking a versatile professional to carefully manage our kitchen routine and provide strategic support to the reception team, ensuring that our patients feel welcomed from the very first moment. Position: General Services Assistant (Kitchen and Inventory) Location: Unique Plástica Avançada Address: Av. Getúlio Vargas, 955 – Tabajaras Neighborhood, Uberlândia – MG Compensation and Benefits Salary: R$ 1\.900,00 Additional: Hazard Pay What We Offer: Multi Card (meal/food allowance) (BRL 300.00, usable as desired) Group performance bonus Transportation voucher (if required) Gympass Health plan with Amor e Saúde clinic (monthly fee covered by the company) Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Responsibilities: * Customer Service and Serving: Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and appetizers to patients. * Organization and Cleaning: Keep the kitchen, utensils, and serving area consistently clean, sanitized, and organized. * Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies (coffee, sugar, disposables, snack ingredients, etc.), flagging procurement needs to ensure uninterrupted availability. * Organize storage areas for supplies. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and waste disposal protocols. * Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival at the clinic. * Operational Support: If receptionists are occupied, immediately assist by notifying the internal team group about the patient’s arrival and indicating the assigned professional/department. Desirable Requirements: * Prior experience in kitchen operations, hospitality, customer service, or reception is a plus. * Proactive attitude, punctuality, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to switch between kitchen duties and front-desk support. * Basic proficiency in using messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) for internal communication.
