




Administrative Support Intern – Hybrid Position Instituto Medita — R. Vital Macedo, 365 – Tabajaras, Uberlândia and remote We are seeking a candidate for a hybrid role to support the Institute’s administrative operations, providing assistance in customer service, administration, and financial support. Responsibilities: Support for in-person, online, and telephone customer service; Assistance at reception and organization of student and visitor flow; Social media support (responding to inquiries and directing users); Assistance with billing, issuing and tracking payment slips, and organizing student schedules; Administrative tasks: document organization, spreadsheets, calendar management, and departmental support; General support for internal Institute requests. Requirements: Proficiency in Word and basic Excel, social media... Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Familiarity with technology and systems (preferred); Availability to work on-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (5 hours per day) – 2 days on-site, 3 days remote R$730 monthly salary plus transportation allowance Location: Instituto Medita — R.
