




Konecta Brasil is seeking Customer Service Representatives for inbound call center operations, with availability for the AFTERNOON shift — key responsibilities include: Handling dissatisfied customers and resolving issues such as: lost baggage, seat-related problems, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and opening service tickets, among others. To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: • At least 18 years old (or turning 18 in 2023) • Completed or currently pursuing high school education. • Must not have participated in any Konecta selection process within the last 3 months. • Former employees must wait 6 months before reapplying. • Work schedule: 6x1 (six days on, one day off), with alternating days off. • Working hours: AFTERNOON • Work location: OSASCO • Salary: BRL 1,324.00 + benefits • Schedule: 6x1 • Daily working hours: 6 hours and 20 minutes.
