Important job details: * Work location: Contagem * Work modality: Hybrid * Employment type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Supervise refractory installation assembly and repairs, verifying compliance with technical guidelines and documenting application per defined technical procedures; * Monitor testing of new applications, evaluating performance under new conditions and preparing reports for decision-making on operational continuation; * Monitor and track refractory performance to advise customers on potential process-related impacts on installations, while ensuring overall performance, equipment availability, and service life; * Conduct joint failure analysis of equipment and refractories with internal teams and customers, proposing solutions and alternatives to resolve issues and restore appropriate performance standards. Required Knowledge and Skills: * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience in refractories * Experience in product application * Experience in steelmaking, reduction, rolling, mechanical processes, and cement kilns * Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience with large-scale contracts * English proficiency Compensation and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and industry segment, including health insurance, bonus programs, and meal vouchers.
