Job Summary: Surgical Block Manager responsible for supervising operations, optimizing workflows, leading teams, ensuring safety and quality, and serving as an interdisciplinary liaison. Focus on Patient Safety and clinical performance goals (KPIs) **Position: Surgical Block Manager** **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Management:** Supervise surgical center operations, optimizing workflows and resource utilization. * **Team Leadership:** Manage and develop nursing and support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * **Safety and Quality:** Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols and clinical performance goals (KPIs). * **Interdisciplinary Liaison:** Serve as the bridge between the surgical team, anesthesiologists, CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department), and other hospital departments. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing (with active COREN registration) and postgraduate studies in Hospital Management, Surgical Center, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid experience managing medium- to large-scale surgical centers. * **Competencies:** Analytical mindset for indicator management, conflict resolution skills, and patient experience focus. * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience implementing hospital accreditation protocols (ONA, JCI, etc.).
