Measure vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, perform dressings and other nursing procedures. Assist with hygiene, bathing, diaper changes, feeding, oral hygiene, repositioning, and bed making. Accompany the elderly during medical appointments, walks, sunbathing, and other daily activities. Observe and report changes in health status, notifying incidents according to institutional protocols and current legislation.
