We are seeking a **Data Delivery Manager** to lead end\-to\-end solution delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring technical excellence, effective client management, and robust governance across all delivery processes. **Responsibilities** * Own solution delivery for assigned accounts, acting as the single point of responsibility for all delivery\-related matters * Assure governance of delivery management and production processes according to the selected delivery model * Coordinate resources to ensure appropriate skills and seniority align with the delivery roadmap * Oversee technical leadership, planning future\-proof architecture and maintaining technical quality standards * Facilitate collaboration between multiple disciplines and stakeholders * Establish and manage long\-term client partnerships * Address client issues and manage engagement risks * Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work * Ensure project delivery aligns with EPAM processes and methodologies, with a focus on agile approaches * Ensure customer responsibilities are executed within engagements * Build delivery plans with estimations for timeframes, quality, and resource requirements * Establish continuous delivery risk management strategies for proactive decision\-making * Measure and improve delivery productivity * Support sales activities, participate in bid processes, and provide technical and management expertise to win bids * Mentor and coach other delivery managers * Contribute to the EPAM\-wide delivery management community **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence, with familiarity in relevant technological solutions and industry best practices * Understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering, including batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, and consumption * Familiarity with Big Data technology stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka * Background in Python, Scala, or Java, with skills in data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning * Experience with SQL, building and supporting Big Data solutions, and cloud data technologies * Understanding of data architecture and software delivery cycles * Experience with data visualization and awareness of various tools and technologies * Understanding of classical analytics methods and relevant theories * Proficiency in various delivery approaches, especially agile * Understanding of data\-related security challenges * Experience with one or more leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading roles in on\-prem to cloud migration projects * Capability to present to both large and small audiences * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast\-moving environment * Strong client management and English communication skills (C1\)
