So, apply for this opportunity.**Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate multidisciplinary IT teams in the systems area; Propose technological solutions that improve business processes; Ensure effective integration of IT systems and solutions across different departments, in alignment with Global Corporate IT methodology; Coordinate IT resources—including personnel and budget (Capex and Opex)—to ensure efficient operations; Monitor, support, and evaluate the performance of implemented IT solutions, using metrics to measure effectiveness and propose improvements; Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Project Management specialization is desirable; Advanced knowledge of the SAP ERP system (across all modules) and satellite systems; Prior experience in coordination or management roles within IT environments, particularly in cross-functional projects; Familiarity with information systems, project management, agile methodologies, collaboration tools, and BI; Experience in the pulp industry is desirable; Intermediate Spanish and English proficiency is mandatory; Willingness to work in Curitiba, São Paulo, or Três Lagoas; Valid driver’s license; Willingness to travel.
