**Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, loading, and shipment of goods; * Coordinate the team of assistants, operators, and inspectors, organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance; * Ensure all received materials comply with invoices and purchase orders, verifying quantities, damages, and delivery deadlines; * Monitor the storage process, ensuring correct item allocation while adhering to organizational, safety, and rotation criteria (FIFO, FEFO, etc.); * Verify inventory accuracy through cyclic and general stock counts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies; * Monitor departmental operational KPIs (productivity, losses, accuracy, loading time, etc.); * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE by the team; * Implement improvements in logistics processes to optimize space, time, and resources; * Liaise with departments such as procurement, sales, shipping, transportation, and finance for operational alignment; * Control vehicle entry and exit flow, ensuring efficiency and organization during loading and unloading; * Prepare operational reports and present performance data to supervision or management; * Train and guide the team on new procedures, quality standards, and company policies; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of storage areas, as well as warehouse equipment and infrastructure; * Act as a multiplier of organizational culture and promote a positive work environment. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace; * Perform duties related to the position when requested by superiors; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** High school diploma or completed technical education; undergraduate studies in progress is an advantage.
