Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities **Open Position – Commercial Supervisor (External Sales)** The **P\&P Distribuidora** is hiring an **External Sales Commercial Supervisor** to lead our sales team and boost our results! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the external sales team; * Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and results; * Plan sales routes and commercial strategies to improve performance; * Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities; * Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies; * Support training and development of the sales team. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Proven experience in **external sales and team supervision**; * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel. * Personal vehicle ### **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commission based on results; * Fuel allowance; * Meal voucher (R$30.00/day); Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Driver's License: B Personal vehicle Willingness to travel
