A social assistance company is seeking a Store Manager in Macaíba (Downtown). Store Operations: Open/close the store, maintain organization, control product and cash inflows/outflows, and manage daily routines. Sales and Targets: Define and monitor KPIs such as sales volume and average transaction value, and implement strategies to achieve results. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service, negotiate with customers, and resolve issues. Financial Management: Monitor cash flow, revenue, and inventory management. Position based in Macaíba / RN.
