




Description: * Bachelor’s degree; * Previous experience managing sales teams; * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus; * Availability for external work and occasional travel; * Perform profitability margin simulations using information provided by assistants and representatives, to support decision-making regarding commercial terms and enhance sales results; * Train the sales team on all commercial routines and updates in the field; * Analyze the registration status of new customers to assess whether to approve installment sales and establish credit limits for customers; * Develop the team to achieve campaign targets and sales incentive goals; * Support representatives to guide and direct them toward achieving their targets; * Coordinate with key accounts at major sector clients, together with ERCs; * Generate daily sales reports to monitor departmental performance and target achievement; * Evaluate credit limit approvals and maintenance to ensure accurate credit granting assessments; * Create, develop, and review operational procedures in accordance with company guidelines; * Prepare reports and control spreadsheets containing periodic quantitative and qualitative information from the area to support indicator analysis; * Identify needs for additional human resources, technical expertise, equipment, systems, and/or procedures required to meet departmental demand, in line with the group’s quality standards. 2512200202551929229
