An Enterprise Management Consulting firm is seeking a Sales Coordinator professional in São Paulo (Tatuapé). **Responsibilities:** Will work at a Weight Loss and Aesthetics Clinic, performing the following functions: Structure, lead, and accelerate the commercial team’s performance, ensuring lead conversion into revenue, establishing a daily commercial rhythm, strengthening a consultative sales culture, and achieving sustainable growth for the clinic. Lead the commercial team with a focus on performance, discipline, and daily rhythm. Serve as a role model for commercial conduct, behavior, and sales mindset. Foster a results-oriented, conversion-focused, and high-quality customer service culture. Provide continuous feedback, course corrections, and individual follow-ups. Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs: Leads received; Conversion rate; Average ticket; Attendance rate; Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue. Propose and execute action plans for continuous improvement of results. Ensure revenue predictability and consistent growth. Commercial Operations (hands-on). Directly engage in negotiations when necessary (e.g., supporting the team). Support closing strategic sales. Train the team on consultative approaches, lead qualification, and objection handling. Eliminate passive service practices (e.g., quoting prices only, merely scheduling appointments). Structure and optimize commercial processes. Define and standardize customer service and sales scripts. Support HR in building the commercial team. Onboard new sales representatives with rapid focus on performance. Position requires working in São Paulo / SP.
