Description: * Completed high school or currently in the final year; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Must be at least 18 years old (legal age). * Perform duties at an excellence level across customer service and production areas (cashier, counter, sales, dining area, support/delivery, grill station, fry station, pantry, salad station, ice cream station, toaster station, and meat warming oven); * Serve customers at the counter, identifying their needs and providing information about campaigns, promotions, products, and novelties; * Conduct sales following the company’s structured process for suggestive and complementary selling; * Monitor stock levels in sales and production sections, performing restocking as needed or requesting assistance from the Supervisor; * Promptly escalate dissatisfied customers or those lodging complaints regarding products, services, or service quality to the on-duty manager for resolution; * Assemble orders—including meals, sandwiches, and desserts—according to established standards; * Maintain and safeguard equipment and utensils in assigned areas; * Clean machinery and utensils according to established standards; * Maintain cleanliness and organization across all restaurant areas, adhering to scheduled cleaning routines—including restrooms; * Prepare menu items in accordance with company standards and procedures (preparation times, expiration dates, equipment temperatures, portion weights), complying with internal food handling guidelines and sanitary surveillance regulations; * Organize and clean dry, refrigerated, and/or frozen storage areas, and transport goods from delivery trucks to designated storage locations; * Remain constantly vigilant and comply fully with Safety regulations. 2512210202551931188
