We are seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead the marketing team’s operations, ensuring high-level execution, strategic alignment with the business, and continuous evolution of our marketing initiatives. This person will play a pivotal role in connecting brand, demand generation, product, and sales—acting both hands-on and strategically. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include * Leading and developing the marketing team, providing consistent feedback, clear prioritization, and technical growth; * Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies focused on growth, acquisition, engagement, and retention within a SaaS context; * Ensuring execution across inbound marketing, performance marketing, content, branding, events, and launch campaigns; * Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Growth teams to align messaging, positioning, and goals; * Managing the marketing funnel (top, middle, bottom), with focus on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, and ROI; * Tracking metrics and KPIs, generating data-driven analyses, insights, and action plans; * Supporting product marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, launches, and commercial enablement; * Ensuring brand consistency for Saipos across all touchpoints; * Managing marketing vendors, partners, and tools. 2512200202551929086
