**Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Experience as a gas station manager; * Availability. **1. People Management** * Recruit, onboard, and train fuel attendants, cashiers, and assistants; * Manage scheduling, absenteeism, and turnover; * Provide continuous feedback, monitor performance, and maintain a healthy operational climate; * Engage the team in goals and KPIs. **2. Operational Control** * Ensure gas station opening/closing in compliance; * Inspect pumps, tanks, seals, nozzles, PPE, and service standards; * Monitor fuel movement and investigate any discrepancies; * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. **3. Customer Service and Experience** * Resolve conflicts and complaints immediately, discreetly; * Guarantee service standards aligned with the brand; * Monitor queues, service time, and fuel attendants’ conduct. **4. Financial and Administrative Management** * Close cash registers, verify cash withdrawals, deposit funds; * Monitor inventory, purchases, and invoices; * Control margins, shrinkage, losses, and waste; * Validate daily entries, reports, and KPIs. **5. Safety, Regulations, and Compliance** * Comply with environmental regulations, NR-20, and other legislation; * Manage emergency procedures, prevention, and safety; * Supervise PPE usage and operational best practices. **6. External Relations** * Interact with suppliers, distributors, and service providers; * Support inspections and audits. **7. Strategic Business Management** * Analyze KPIs (sales, average transaction value, productivity per employee); * Implement promotions, campaigns, and service mix; * Identify upselling opportunities (oil change, convenience store, services).
