Consultative approach to financial products and services **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch break: 1 hour) **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code **Main Responsibilities:** Manage portfolios of low- and medium-value cooperative members to expand business and profitability. Prospect new cooperative members and develop relationship-building and loyalty strategies. Offer financial products and services in a consultative manner, aligned with members' needs. Ensure achievement of commercial goals and service quality standards. Support the branch's customer service and relationship management team. Ensure compliance with internal policies, Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations, and cooperative principles. Participate in credit recovery and portfolio delinquency control. Contribute to achieving the cooperative's commercial and strategic goals. Participate in designing and executing incentive campaigns and financial education initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related Technology programs in Administration/Commercial fields. Experience in commercial/customer service. Experience in financial institutions. Proficiency in financial products and services. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Sales and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of the financial market/BACEN regulations. ANBIMA certification. Proficiency in financial mathematics. An established client portfolio is a strong advantage.
