Store Manager Position in Building Materials \- \#1062 **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with franchise standards; * Monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, delinquency, inventory turnover, etc.); * Oversee inventory management, ensuring control, organization, and equipment availability; * Lead, guide, and evaluate the team, promoting a productive and collaborative environment; * Ensure excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer demands; * Negotiate with suppliers and partners when necessary; * Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage conditions, maintaining contact with the headquarters in São João del Rei; * Resolve operational issues and propose continuous improvements to optimize processes. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in construction materials is desirable; * Prior management experience will be considered a plus; * Class B driver's license and availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Must reside in Lavras/MG.
