Apply both agile and traditional project management methodologies **Would you like to join our team as an IT Project Manager?** Your mission will be to lead cutting-edge technology projects from end to end, combining technical rigor, organizational discipline, and strategic vision to ensure consistent delivery. **This is an on-site opportunity in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro.** **The employment model is PJ (individual contractor), with a maximum monthly rate of R$15.000,00 according to qualifications and demonstrated experience.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** **As an IT Project Manager, your focus will include:** * Managing IT system implementation/improvement projects from conception through delivery, applying both agile and traditional project management methodologies. * Defining and monitoring the project plan, identifying required resources, establishing goals, and tracking progress. * Ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, keeping all involved parties informed about project status. * Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation plans when necessary. * Managing the project’s financial aspects, ensuring costs remain within the approved budget. * Providing regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Basic requirements include:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Minimum of five (5) years’ proven professional experience in managing market-oriented IT system implementation projects. * Proven professional experience applying traditional project management methodologies and documentation. * Experience managing ERP projects. * Assertive communication skills and ability to remove impediments. **You stand out if you have:** * Experience managing IT projects supporting Procurement functions. * Experience managing SAP projects. **Apply now and embark on this journey with us!**
