Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for coordinating tasks, training employees, ensuring product quality and supply, and supervising sector display, including inventory management and supplier communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the team and train new employees 2. Ensure product quality, pricing, and supply 3. Supervise product display, manage inventory, and interact with suppliers * Coordinate and monitor daily tasks and goals for the entire team; * Guide and monitor the training of new employees; * Ensure quality inspection and correct pricing of products offered in the sector; * Ensure sector supply to prevent product stockouts; * Supervise product placement and display according to layout and area manager’s instructions; * Monitor and implement actions to reduce shrinkage; * Verify and record inventory, goods, and invoices; * Communicate with suppliers; * Manage procurement of materials required for sector operations; * Supervise the sector team, conduct sector meetings, and provide feedback; * Assist with other sector activities as needed.
