Pay attention — this position is for an internship and requires on-site presence! **Location:** Lavras \- MG **What will you do?** * Collaborate with teams across different projects, supporting activity progress tracking; * Assist in the development, updating, and analysis of project indicators and metrics; * Contribute to project management by applying agile methodology concepts and practices; * Support project planning, including risk identification, role definition, responsibility assignment, and delivery organization. **What does YouX expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proactive and capable of self-managing your tasks and priorities; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of project management tools; * Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Trello, and Notion. **Nice-to-have qualifications that catch our attention:** * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); * Basic knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics; * Participation in academic projects, scientific initiation programs, or junior enterprises; * Prior experience in project organization, documentation, or administrative support. **Why join us?** Working with us means joining a multidisciplinary team committed to digital transformation and innovation through strategic actions.
