




Job Summary: An HR professional to structure and implement HR processes, acting both strategically and operationally in partnership with the Executive Board, leading recruitment and selection (R\&S), developing programs, and reinforcing organizational culture. Conflict management and cultural strengthening **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Structure and implement HR processes, acting strategically and operationally in partnership with the Executive Board; lead R\&S for operational, administrative, and commercial areas; develop training, onboarding, and performance evaluation programs; mediate conflicts; reinforce culture and engagement; coordinate HR administration routines with support from an assistant; monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; solid experience as an HR generalist/coordinator, including process implementation and conflict management. **COMPENSATION:** To be negotiated based on expectations and experience. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday \| Business hours. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT or PJ.
