




Rek Parking is a private company with 28 years of experience in the labor market, specializing in the management, administration, and operation of public and private parking facilities; the company provides services to the municipality. Its operations in public on-street parking aim to contribute to traffic organization and optimal use of urban spaces, promoting parking space turnover, facilitating access to local commerce, and encouraging rational use of public space. The company operates in approximately 19 cities across Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Espírito Santo. Additionally, it offers urban mobility solutions through the Rek Pay mobile application, enabling users to manage on-street parking, pay vehicle-related debts, and use tags for tolls and parking—among other technologies designed to improve mobility in urban centers. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: * Performing administrative and financial routines; * Purchasing, receiving, and delivering office supplies; * Requesting, receiving, and verifying materials required for contracted service delivery; * Performing and managing documentation related to the personnel and human resources departments; * Assisting in training sessions on operational procedures and internal marketing campaigns; * Supporting team coordination under their responsibility; * Implementing disciplinary measures for the team under their responsibility; * Providing customer service to users of on-street parking; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Preferred) Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Administration (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
