Dynamic environment with rapid decision-making and conflict management **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Operational Routine** · Coordinate shift activities, ensuring pace, organization, and safety. · Supervise operators, guide tasks, and ensure compliance with standards. · Train operators on routines, procedures, and best practices. · Ensure proper completion of records, forms, and activities (paper or system). · Monitor productivity, downtime, rework, and process quality. · Record incidents and communicate information to the supervisor. · Maintain a balanced, organized, and disciplined work environment. · Report risk situations, deviations, and intervention needs. · Support operations when necessary, participating temporarily in activities to ensure workflow continuity. · Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting adjustments and supporting implementation of new practices. **Shift Management and Leadership** · Assign tasks according to production priorities. · Monitor and guide corrections of posture or methodology. · Promote discipline, organization, and adherence to routines. · Mediate minor conflicts and maintain a stable working climate. · Reinforce safety, hygiene, and professional conduct standards. **REQUIREMENTS** · Experience in industrial production. · Experience in team leadership (formal or informal). · Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and role-model attitude. · Availability to work on the defined schedule and shift. · Basic knowledge of indicators and simple reports is desirable. · **Personal transportation required**, as the industrial area has no public transport access. **DESIRED PROFILE** · A firm, objective, and results-oriented individual. · Ability to make quick decisions and lead the team clearly and confidently. · Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail to maintain operational standards. · Direct communication focused on guidance and ensuring routine compliance. · Emotional stability and consistency to handle shift demands and high-pressure situations.
