We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent, and authentic in everything we do.**Key Responsibilities:*** Prepare, sort, and supply materials to the cutting department. * Clean machines and assist CNC bench operators. * Identify parts. * Clean and organize. * Support bridge crane operators. * Set up cutting benches. * Track parts lists. * Comply with requirements assigned as responsibilities under the Duty of Care (a document outlining individual and collective commitment to Health and Safety). * + **Safety First:** Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our effort to develop a world-class safety culture. **Requirements:*** Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of metrology; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications; **Desirable:*** Vocational training in the industrial field; Founded in 1871, Weir is a global engineering leader dedicated to making mining operations smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
