Daily maintenance of machines to ensure functionality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, bending, cutting, etc. * Adjust cutting parameters, workpiece clamping pressure, direction of coolant flow, tool offsets, measuring instruments, and automatic or manual loading/unloading systems. * Perform dimensional adjustments to enable tools for operation. * Understand the specifications of the ongoing task and the desired outcome by interpreting operation sheets, mechanical drawings, etc. * Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machine. * Conduct a test run to verify whether machines produce results compliant with specifications. * Adjust machines to complete full cycles aimed at mass-producing parts. * Quality control of parts: conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Monitor machines during task execution and make any necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process was completed correctly. * Check and perform daily maintenance on machines to ensure functionality.
