More than developing trustworthy products, we build an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their best, contributing to our shared success journey.  **We are hiring:** Production Assistant **Responsibilities:** Manually fill pet food packages according to quality standards; Assemble pallets and organize packaging for transportation; Assist in equipment setup and preparation; Clean equipment and work areas; Request and organize departmental materials and supplies; Verify packaging information (batch number, expiration date, and manufacturing date); Support quality control in inspecting finished products; Assist in reprocessing and scanning controls; Identify and segregate non-conforming products; Support production organization and daily routines; Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards; Perform area-related tasks as directed by leadership. **Prerequisites:** Completed elementary education; Prior experience in production line activities; Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **?
