Support for agronomic monitoring and diagnosis Open Opportunity Field Assistant Technical Area · Soil Collection and Analysis Field / Rural Area · Full-time · CLT About the Role We are seeking a Field Assistant to work directly in production areas, performing soil collection and sampling, supporting technical activities, and recording agronomic information. You will be a key member of the field team, ensuring the quality of data that guides our operations. Main Responsibilities Collecting and sampling soil from agricultural areas according to technical protocols Identifying and georeferencing soil sampling points in the field Properly packaging and shipping samples to the laboratory Recording and organizing collected information in field forms and systems Supporting agronomic monitoring and diagnostic activities Maintaining and preserving field equipment Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations Requirements Education Completed High School ️ Driver's License CNH Categories A and B Availability for fieldwork and frequent travel Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly Organizational skills and attention to detail in field records Physical stamina for outdoor work Preferred Qualifications (Desirable) Prior experience in soil sampling or agronomic field activities
