Tomé de Souza, 273 – Funcionários Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite \| 2 days remote) Employment Type: Associate Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 \+ Transportation Allowance Additional Benefits: Quarterly commission \+ 13th-month salary About the Opportunity A law firm in Belo Horizonte seeks a recently graduated attorney with an active OAB registration, who completed legal internships during university studies and possesses practical experience drafting procedural documents. We seek a technically proficient, organized professional with strong legal writing ability. * ️ Key Responsibilities * Drafting procedural documents (petitions, responses, statements, and appeals); * Monitoring case progress and managing deadlines; * Conducting case law and doctrinal research; * Preparing procedural reports; * Client communication for information gathering and case updates; * Attending hearings (as required); * Providing strategic support to the firm’s senior attorneys. ✅ Requirements * Active OAB registration; * Prior legal internship experience involving hands-on procedural document drafting; * Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language; * Strong organizational skills and deadline awareness; * Analytical mindset and commitment; * Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
