Sort and organize ingredients according to recipes. Help assemble dishes (primarily for breakfasts and buffets). Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and countertops. Store food properly (refrigerators, freezers, stockroom). Support buffet food restocking at the hotel. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Support Staff, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
