One day off per week and one Sunday off per month. OR 6x1 shift schedule, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM to 12 PM). Main Responsibilities: * Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, weighing); * Participate in pre\-preparation activities for the kitchen station: salads, side dishes, fried foods, etc.; * Wash utensils and equipment; * Assist with general kitchen organization and cleaning. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of kitchen operations; * Experience with cutting techniques and food preparation support; * Organization, hygiene, agility, and teamwork; * Punctuality and daily responsibility. Starting Salary: BRL 1621.00, with adjustment after the probation period.
