Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance * COMPANY IN THE FIELD OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OUTSOURCING: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES JOB TITLE: Electrical Team Leader \- Primary Responsibilities / Activities: Task Distribution and Guidance: Delegate daily, preventive, and corrective tasks to electricians and technicians, ensuring productivity. Training and Development: Guide the technical team, conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue), and evaluate technical and behavioral performance. Conflict Management: Resolve operational and interpersonal issues, ensuring harmony and continuity of operations. 2\. Technical Maintenance and Operations: Diagnosis and Resolution: Support the team in identifying complex failures in motors, frequency inverters, MCCs, sensors, and instrumentation systems. Technical Execution: Perform or supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems. Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read electrical diagrams, control and power schematics to execute repairs. Shutdowns and Startups: Monitor machine shutdowns, equipment startups, and continuous improvements. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Completed High School SPECIFIC COURSE OR EXPERIENCE: NR10; Electrical Engineering LANGUAGE: REGIME OF EMPLOYMENT: CLT REMUNERATION: R$ 16.00 \+30% Hazard Pay BENEFITS: R$ 110.00 Attendance Bonus, R$ 174.10 Food Basket, VT or Mobility Allowance with 6% deduction, On-site Meal with 2% deduction, Dental Plan, PLR R$ 330.00 annually.
