Fazenda Rio Grande - PR On-site R$ 7,000.00 (Gross Monthly) 1 Position Service Provider (PJ) Analyst Full-time Job Opening: Foreign Trade Analyst #1047 Eucaliptos - Fazenda Rio Grande On-site – Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. Compensation: 7,000 Employment Type: PJ ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and monitor import and export processes from order placement to final delivery. • Obtain international freight quotations and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. • Verify and manage shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates, etc.). • Input and monitor data in Siscomex, ERP systems, and control spreadsheets. • Monitor customs clearance, import/export licenses, and international payments. • Maintain regular contact with international suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. • Support tax, finance, and logistics departments in calculating import/export costs and taxes. • Ensure compliance with customs legislation and company internal policies. 🎓 Requirements: • Completed undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. • Prior experience in foreign trade (imports/exports) is desirable. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Practical knowledge of Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, customs documentation, and import/export tax calculations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Protheus, Totvs, or similar).
