




Job Summary: A User Technical Support, Maintenance, and Infrastructure professional responsible for asset management, documentation, and project support. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware, software, and internal systems technical support 2. IT asset maintenance, infrastructure, and management 3. Support for IT projects and preventive maintenance User Technical Support (Service Desk) * Assistance with hardware issues (computers, peripherals, and printers). * Support for office software (Office Suite, web browsers, e\-mail). * Configuration of new workstations (OS and basic software installation). * First-level support for internal systems. Maintenance and Infrastructure * Technical organization and cleaning of equipment. * Network cable crimping and rack organization. * Basic monitoring of network and asset operations (switches and Wi\-Fi). * Inventory control of supplies (toners, mice, keyboards). Asset Management and Documentation * Maintenance of hardware inventory and software license records. * Creation and updating of user procedure manuals (FAQs). * Assistance in manual backup control or verification of automation logs. Project Support * Participation in preventive maintenance activities. * Testing of new solutions or software prior to general implementation.
