Job Summary: A Marketing and Communication professional to plan and execute events, internal and external communication, and support HR initiatives—with a focus on corporate content and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Event and communication campaign planning and execution. 2. Corporate content creation for internal and external communication. 3. Support for HR programs and volunteer initiatives. **Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Working Hours:** 08:00 TO 17:30 **Employment Type:** Fixed-Term Contract **Department:** Marketing and Communication * Planning of events and communication activities under the department’s responsibility; * Supporting HR projects and programs requiring communication actions; * Communication planning: briefing, development of communication plans, approval of creative assets; * Content creation for internal (HR-to-HR / managerial) and external communication; * Execution of HR events and engagement-focused activities; * Support for demands and events organized by other HR departments; * Support for the team in developing materials for the board; * Assistance with the company’s volunteer initiatives. **Requirements** -------------- * Required: Social Communication degree * Preferred: Journalism degree * Prior experience in corporate content production (e.g., scripts, presentations, etc.); * Proficiency in Spanish (preferred); * English (preferred) * Familiarity with AI platforms for corporate content generation. **Benefits** -------------- To be disclosed during the interview **About the Company** ------------------- At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
