Analyze specific functional requirements and implement personalized activities to support such performance, following established protocols. Conduct physical fitness assessments for specific functions, developing and administering physical tests. Analyze physical health risks associated with each function, participating in accident prevention, health, and quality-of-life programs to mitigate identified risks. Perform tasks related to education and quality-of-life promotion campaigns, developing relevant content, delivering classes/lectures, and/or advising target audiences on health, safety, and quality-of-life topics. Support the sustainable growth of the Quality of Life department and related areas, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, preservation, storage, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. Monitor and provide support through in-person assistance, advising employees on matters related to associated areas within the scope of assigned responsibilities and competencies. Plan, guide, and promote health and quality-of-life initiatives for employees and the organization, implementing targeted actions. Comply with and contribute to the development/update of health, hygiene, and occupational safety protocols, standards, and procedures inherent to the department, as well as compliance requirements, observations, and adherence to applicable corporate regulations. Report accidents or injuries occurring during organized activities or training sessions under supervision. \#LI\-TS1 **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Quality Management, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for the sector. Driver’s License Category B. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** Experience developing instructional materials and training methodologies.
